Programs for Little Ones

REGISTRATION OPENS JAN. 9TH!

Mondays 9:30 – 10:30 am

Bookworm Storytime (Ages 2-3) An interactive program for children plus a parent, grandparent or caregiver. Come and join in for songs, stories, crafts and more! Registration required.

Tuesdays

10:00 – 11:00 am

Book Wigglers (Age 1) A fun program of songs, stories and discovering the library! *Registation required.

2:00 – 3:00 pm

Tickles & Giggles (Newborn – 12 months) Enjoy a special outing with your baby at the library! This fun program includes tickling rhymes, songs, and stories. *Registration required.

Thursdays

9:00 – 9:30am

Storytime on Zoom (Ages 1-5) Join Susan for some interactive storytime! Begins Sept. 22nd. *Registration required.

10:00 – 11:00am

The Caregiver’s Corner Social time for 1–5-year-olds and their caregivers at the library! A weekly get together with fellow caregivers to share playtime, stories and more! *Registration required

Family Fun

B.I.A.K. Indigenous Teachings & Drumming – 10:00 – 11:00 am on the following dates: Thurs., Dec. 15th — Mon., Jan. 30th — Thurs., Feb. 16th. Enjoy songs and stories through drumming. *Registration required

Adopt a Reading Pet! Begins January 9th! Adopt a Reading Pet and read for 20 minutes each day to keep your Pet excited about books! Our Reading Pets are great story listeners! Every family should have one!

St. Valentine’s Day Take Home Activity Packages Great fun for the Family! Show us your library care and grab a fun-filled package! Available February 8th – 13th!

Take Home Kits

We have a variety of take home kits to enhance fun and learning at home.

Read & Play Packs (Dinosaur Pack, Music Pack, Princess Pack, Truck Pack) are available to borrow for fun with books, DVDs, toys and more!

Let’s Talk Science Kits Discover science through these take home kits! Science Kit includes science activities, how to instructions and the learning behind the science. Available monthly for ages 5 & up.

Daycare Providers: If you can’t make it in to visit us, we have created in-home daycare packages for caregivers to share with their little ones! To book a group visit to the Library – call or email Susan for all the details. Registration required.
